Qualifications
Proficiency on Report Analytics, Workspace, Survey, ITSM, CMDB and other SN modules
Experience on APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, Amelia or other orchestration and interface tools
5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education
Min 8 years' experience in ServiceNow development, particularly Service Catalog module, using Utah version or higher
3-5 years' experience in Agile/Scrum
3-5 years' experience on Service Now - Business rules and Scripting and application development
2-3 years' experience on Integration and API development (using REST, JSON, etc.)2years experience on Catalog Builder or equivalent citizen developer tools and process

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
