Qualifications
Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Experience using one of the following: (e.g. Go, Java, Python, C++ or C)
Experience with writing, releasing, and maintaining distributed backend code
Experience working with web and mobile engineers and building APIs that they can use
Experience analyzing a feature in production using analytics and experiments
8-years full-time Software Engineering work experience
Product engineering
Scalability engineering
Distributed systems
Experience in consumer search space
Experience in working closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Designers
Experience in fixing production issues

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$218,000 per year - USD$242,000 per year
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$218,000 per year - USD$242,000 per year
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp
