Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and produce all bank financial reports
Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, compliance, and internal reports
SEC Reporting
Prepare the quarterly Call Report, knowledge of CECL
Work on Board reporting
Oversee accounting department activities daily
Assist in the analysis of highly complex transactions to determine proper disclosure in the financial statements
Subject matter expert on accounting and regulatory reporting requirements, and reporting processes

The Controller will be responsible to:
• Prepare, review, and produce all bank financial reports
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, compliance, and internal reports
• SEC Reporting
• Prepare the quarterly Call Report, knowledge of CECL
• Work on Board reporting
• Oversee accounting department activities daily
• Assist in the analysis of highly complex transactions to determine proper disclosure in the financial statements
• Subject matter expert on accounting and regulatory reporting requirements, and reporting processes

Ideal Controller:
• Excellent Financial Reporting experience from a Bank or Credit Union
• Experienced running a month end close and general accounting
• CPA is a plus!
