Fashion Design Faculty

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Design Faculty who specializes in Pattern Making and Garment Construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and guiding students in both theoretical and practical aspects of fashion design, specifically focused on creating patterns and constructing garments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach courses in Pattern Making and Garment Construction, ensuring that students gain a strong foundation in these areas.
• Develop and implement course materials including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on training to students on technical aspects such as pattern drafting, cutting, stitching, and garment assembly.
• Mentor students during practical lab sessions and guide them in creating their collections and projects.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in fashion and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and project evaluations, providing constructive feedback for their improvement.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist in organizing fashion shows and other student exhibitions, contributing to the practical experience of students.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep updated with new methods, tools, and industry practices.

Pay: ₹10,341.80 - ₹15,428.04 per month
