As the Director of Operational Analytics, your role will entail analyzing and enhancing business processes, systems, and operations
Collaborating with stakeholders, your duties will include understanding and documenting needs, identifying business requirements, and recommending solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness
With a focus on project management, data analysis, and communication, you'll be instrumental in achieving business goals
Evaluate current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for enhancements and increased operational efficiency
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making
Support project planning and execution by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss requirements, solutions, and project status
Assist in designing and developing solutions that address business needs and requirements
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
Prepare detailed reports on project status, business performance, and improvement initiatives
Support the implementation of new systems or processes, including testing and training
