Description

Woodfield, based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance

Class A OTR Team Driver with Secret Clearance (DoD)
• Seeking CDL Class A drivers willing to go OTR in a 2026 Freightliner
• Established teams and husband & wife teams strongly encouraged to apply!
• We are open to matching teams as well
• $2000 sign on bonus per driver after +0 days
• Company driver position with amazing benefits and opportunity

POSITION DETAILS
• $2k minimum guarantee, per driver based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater. (Line haul + driver accessorial.)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus
• Paid 2 day orientation held weekly
• 2026 Double bunk Freightliners with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators and inverters installed
• Rental cars/private hotel rooms
• Paid by Direct Deposit Weekly
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance
• 401k available after 6 months
• Paid Vacation/Holidays
• Get home every 10-14 days on average, based on driver s home location

HIRING CRITERIA
• CLASS A CDL - Regional or OTR Experience required
• 2 year of verifiable recent and consistent experience required
• 23 years or older
• DoD Experience a plus
• Twic card & Hazmat required
• Security Clearance required. Drivers who have already applied for clearance are accepted.

(Woodfield will assist in obtaining the clearance for highly qualified drivers.)
