Lead – Finance & Accounts (US Accounting)

Location- Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Vadodara/Hyderabad (On-site)

Work Timings – 3PM IST to 12AM IST

You’ll do:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation
- Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Manage the general ledger, including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement
- Ensuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levels
- Monthly closing of books of accounts Monthly analysis of BS and P and L Statement
- Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution
- Periodic review meetings with management

You’ll Need:

- Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must
- 7 plus years of work Experience
- Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.
- Prior experience of handling a team of 5 or more staff members.
- Good hands-on MS Office and different Accounting Software- Netsuite
- Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements.
- US GAAP & Tax Compliance
