Marketing and Social Media Manager

Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for restaurants, events, and hospitality? We're looking for an experienced Marketing and Social Media Manager to help drive the growth of our restaurant group and elevate our brand across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute creative marketing plans that increase brand exposure and drive footfall across our venues. You’ll craft campaigns that resonate with our audience, using digital, social, and traditional platforms to boost engagement and visibility.
• Event Support: Work closely with the events team to promote private dining, exclusive hires, weddings, and corporate events. You'll ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with event sales goals, driving interest and maximizing bookings.
• Social Media Management: Lead the daily management of our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Create compelling content that reflects our brand and engages our audience, while driving growth across all platforms.
• Digital Marketing & Website: Oversee our website content, keeping it updated with the latest menus, events, and promotions. You’ll also manage digital marketing efforts, from newsletters to online advertising, ensuring our brand is always front and center.
• Partnerships & Influencer Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, media, and key partners to expand our reach. Your network will help increase visibility for our restaurants and events.
• Revenue Generation: Support sales by creating targeted marketing campaigns that drive event bookings, private dining, and group reservations. You'll work hand-in-hand with the events team to maximize revenue opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in restaurant marketing and social media management, ideally within the hospitality industry
• A strong understanding of event marketing and how to drive private dining and exclusive hire sales
• Creative, results-driven approach to developing and executing marketing strategies
• Expertise in social media content creation, engagement, and growth
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
