About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll lead efforts across multiple digital channels to drive lead generation and strengthen brand presence. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll take ownership of social media campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, and website optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media channels to create engaging, multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating leads and building a community.
• Design and execute email campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer journey to boost both retention and lead generation.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to optimise paid advertising conversions across platforms such as Google and social media.
• Develop and implement content strategies, including videos, info graphics, and blogs, to position the company as a leader in the property finance sector.
• Regularly update and optimise the website using SEO techniques to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
• Work with data insights to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:
• A couple of years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the property or finance sector, or in a sales-driven environment.
• A passion for digital marketing, eager to learn and grow within the role.
• A creative thinker with strong strategic skills.
• Excellent communication and copy writing abilities, able to adapt to brand tone of voice.
• Experience in lead generation, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
• Strong attention to detail and creative design sensibilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms is a plus.
