Job description
This is a remote position.

Stipend Structure:

First 6 Months: Rs. 10,000 per month (in hand) + Rs.10,000 variable pay

After 6 Months (Full-Time): Rs.20,000 per month (in hand) + Rs.15,000 variable pay

Work Arrangement:

Work from Home

Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and produce original, high-quality video content optimized for Instagram Reels.
• Stay updated on current social media and digital trends to create relevant and timely content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Stay informed about Instagram features, updates, and algorithm changes to maximize content visibility.
• Ensure all content adheres to copyright and data protection regulations.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Proactively identify and act on emerging trends and industry developments.

Requirements
• Proven experience creating engaging video content for Instagram Reels or similar platforms.
• Demonstrable portfolio of successful content with a significant following.
• Proficiency in video editing software and an eye for impactful visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of Instagram's content trends, features, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving trends and algorithms on social media platforms.
