Job Overview

We are seeking a Post Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at Broomees India, located in New Delhi. This is a full-time, junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in customer relationship management, focusing on post-sales support
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve client issues promptly
• Proficiency in negotiation techniques to handle various client demands effectively
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to enhance post-sales processes
• Proven track record in client retention and maintaining long-term relationships
• Experience in cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients
• Capacity to work independently and take initiative to address client needs

Roles And Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients after the sales process
• Address and resolve any post-sales issues or concerns raised by clients
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support
• Develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure continued satisfaction with services
• Provide clients with updates on new services or improvements to existing services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
