Role: HR Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
• Experience: 0 to 10+ years - Training will be provided to Freshers as long as they want to develop a long-term career in Human Resources department.
Number of roles: 10+ across multiple clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HR metrics, data reporting, and systems, helping to optimize HR processes and enhance overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to support decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools to present findings to senior management.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other databases.
• Monitor and analyze key HR performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide insights.
• Support HR projects and initiatives through data collection, research, and analysis.
• Collaborate with HR teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data management practices.
• Assist in workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting through data-driven analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with HR analytics tools and techniques, as well as industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Experience working with HR data in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
