Event|Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee Clearstory's presence at dozens of trade shows and conferences each year, while also planning events for Clearstory to host for its customers, potential customers, and partners such as dinners, local meet ups and our customer advisory board.

What you'll be doing:
• Attend events around the country and act as the boots-on-the-ground coordinator for all event logistics
• Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Manage lead generation and qualification processes at events, utilizing HubSpot to track and nurture leads
• Conduct post-event analysis to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align event goals with overall business objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new event opportunities

Requirements
• Experience with the Construction industry is preferred
• 3+ years event management experience, with a B2B-specific experience a plus
• Proficiency using HubSpot
• Willingness to travel
