Responsibilities
Whether it’s booking hotels, flights, cruises, sporting events, concerts, theme park tickets, or exciting excursions, you’ll be at the heart of creating personalized travel plans for clients

Client Consultation:Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and destinations, tailoring travel plans that suit their needs and budget
Booking & Research:Book hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, theme park tickets, and other activities
Research and prepare itineraries that include detailed costs and optional travel insurance
Quote Preparation:Create professional, detailed quotes for clients that outline the full cost of their trip
Supplier Interaction:Communicate directly with suppliers to confirm reservations, secure the best rates, and ensure smooth transactions
Payment & Ticketing:Collect credit card payments securely and distribute electronic tickets for travel and events
Social Media & Community Engagement:Promote travel services through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and participate in community events to engage potential clients
