Responsibilities
The Jewelry Associate will take a proactive approach to build relationships with customers to maximize volume opportunities
This is a sales driven position
The Associate will educate and provide fashion advice to costumers while maximizing sales opportunities
Meets or exceeds sales goals
Introduces customers to Kesley Boutique branded merchandise, and drives sales in this and all categories through cross-selling
Takes on sales goals with flexibility and passion
Upload products and manages website tasks
Manages social media account and awareness
Collaborates with colleagues in order to introduce customers to other categories and build sales volume
Delivers Exceptional Customer Service:
Engages customers in a genuine manner that will differentiate the Kesley Boutique's experience as one that is fun, unique and entertaining
Act as specialist in one merchandise category, but have general knowledge of multiple categories in order to cross-sell effectively
Remains continually aware of and develops knowledge on new items and their features and is
keenly aware of beauty and fashion trends
Effectively use CRM to capture customer information for promotions and events
Handles returns and exchanges in a positive manner and makes every effort to convert the transaction to a sale
Maintains Prestige Brand Standards:
With the eye of the customer in mind, straightens up and fills in merchandise in selling area; keeps work spaces neat, clean and orderly
Notifies Loss Prevention or maintenance associates immediately of safety risks or potential loss issues
Partners with Visual Merchandising to ensure new visual displays are maintained correctly
Fully Supports All Operating Behaviors:
Embraces change and supports new business directions in a positive and constructive manner
Represents the brand image well in terms of attire and professionalism
Follows all opening and closing procedures regularly and correctly (e
g. ensures register is ready for transactions as soon as the store opens)
Rings up sales under appropriate sales staff numbers
Attends product knowledge training sessions

KesleyBoutique has operated in NYC at a variety of artist and designer flea markets in Soho & Brooklyn and has now moved to Miami. In Miami Kesley Boutique has operated in Wynwood MarketPlace, Ocean Drive in Lummus Park - partnership with MetroFleaMiami and it's permanent location in Mary Brickell Village; as a stand alone pop-up shop.
