Answer telephones and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Offer water/coffee to visitors
Organize, scan and file signed invoices
Send payment confirmation to vendors
Check management (getting signature, placing in envelopes)
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Assist the office in filing duties
Sort as well as distribute incoming mail
Control access to main entrance and warehouse
Shipping and receiving of office packages with UPS and Fedex
Perform other duties assigned and take part in cross-training
