Job Description: CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Overview

Join our Cyber Security division, led by MD James Frampton, with project oversight from Praveen Kumar and Shawn Mathias, Cyber Architect. Our team consists of 60 professionals spread globally, both onshore and offshore, working closely with the Infrastructure division to deliver critical security projects.

Position: CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities:
• Privileged Access Management (PAM): Serve as the SME for CyberArk, ensuring secure access controls are implemented effectively across systems.
• Project Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of various Cyber functions, including:
• Integrating AI technologies to automate Cyber processes.
• Developing new Cyber Audio Visual Solutions.
• Implementing proxy consolidation and cloud solutions.
• Overseeing PAM strategies, Desktop Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and other security measures.
• Audit Remediation: Address and remediate audit points identified from internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), Technical Subject Matter Experts (Tech SMEs), and Technical Leads to align on project objectives and requirements.
• Platform Upgrades: Manage and execute upgrades to the CyberArk platform, ensuring all administrators have secure access and password management.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a CyberArk SME or in a similar role focused on Privileged Access Management.
• Strong understanding of Cyber security principles and practices.
• Experience with project management and implementation of security solutions.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in Cyber security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
