Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule of 45-50 hours per week, including extended hours, nights, and weekends
Licenses: A valid driver’s license is required
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with all rent and utilities paid, including a washer and dryer, will be provided onsite

Adjust controllable expenses based on forecasted revenue to maintain profit margins
Guest Satisfaction: Train employees to deliver exceptional service, handle guest complaints professionally, and ensure satisfactory scores on guest satisfaction surveys
Employee Development: Conduct training in alignment with Human Resources programs, maintain a high level of employee satisfaction, and ensure fair treatment of all employees
Product Quality Management: Ensure a satisfactory guest experience by maintaining the hotel’s physical condition according to quality control standards
