We are working in partnership with an established and expanding business in Sheffield which has seen good growth.
We are recruiting for an Accountant to join the finance team. The role reports to the Head of Finance and this is a newly created role due to company growth.
This is a permanent full time Monday to Friday office based role. There is on-site car parking available.
The Key Duties Are
• Prepare quarterly management accounts
• Prepare annual accounts
• VAT returns
• Assist with budgets and forecasts
• Cash flow
• Assist other members of the accounts team on an ad-hoc basis
• Using Excel and the accounting package
• Potential involvement with upgrading the accounting package and finance procedures
Candidates could be qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and/or the company would consider part qualified candidates. You should possess a good accounting grounding and knowledge. Training and support will be offered.
The salary is £45,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience) plus company benefits.
