About The Role

Management Accountant - Cardiff Head Office / Hybrid

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Salary dependent on experience.

A day in the life of a Management Accountant includes:

Full preparation and analysis of management accounts

Business partnering with senior leaders, providing financial insights to drive key business decisions

Assisting with annual external audits and balance sheet reviews

Developing and managing robust financial systems, controls, and processes

Contributing to process improvements and supporting business growth through acquisitionsSound good so far? We are looking for people who have:

ACCA / CIMA qualification (or working towards)

Experience preparing monthly management accounts to tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail with an inquisitive and proactive mindset

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
