£13.25 Per Hour

London International Patient Services (LIPS) redefine private healthcare with a visionary approach, blending retail excellence and comprehensive world class patient services.

We recently launched our pharmacy and clinics in the iconic Battersea Power Station (London)

This consultant led healthcare start-up is going to experience significant growth in revenues, headcount, services and facilities over the next few years, with aspirational targets projected to 2031.

As Healthcare Assistant you will:
• Provide support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment within the clinic.
• Incorporating clinic support, patient care and front and back of house services.
• Effective communication with patients and colleagues, meticulous documentation and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promoting an excellent patient experience in a private care setting with attention to detail
• Working with key stakeholders such as Consultants and ensuring the calm and effective running of the service on a day to day basis.

Qualifications, proficiencies and capabilities:

· Certification as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is preferred

· Independent sector/ Private Patient experience

· Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in an outpatient setting is desirable.

· Familiarity with medical terminology and outpatient procedures.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

· Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Computer skills,

· Highly motivated and forward thinking,
