Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Location: Bournemouth

Marketing Manager Duties:

Coordinating PR and marketing projects

Tracks all marketing data, creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives

Research and analyse market trends, demographics and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketing-related projects

Monitoring and responding to online engagement, ensuring that feedback and reviews receive a timely and appropriate response

Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts

Creating PR and marketing content to the highest written and visual quality reflecting the positive image, voice and ethics of the brand

Creating material including blog content, social media posts, award entries and related communications online & offline, including internal newsletters

Marketing Manager Skills Required:

A background working in PR, Marketing or Branding

Commercial, yet creative and an excellent eye for detail and design

The ability to work autonomously and take initiative of own projects

Energy & enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly articulate with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for engaging content

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as a minimum. Adobe Creative Suite experience is desirable

The ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships to implement further partnerships

An excellent team player

Flexible, resilient and the ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business
