You must excel in paid ads, digital media, social media, and SEO, designing and owning digital marketing initiatives, and mentoring junior staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the teams’ objectives and marketing needs.
·Manage SEO strategy, marketing database, social media, and paid-ad campaigns from ideation to implementation.
·Collaborate with internal teams to optimize digital marketing efforts.
·Mentor junior team members.
·Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and digital campaign conversion rates.
·Create monthly reports to analyze and optimize our digital strategy.
·Work with our team to develop new and innovative marketing tactics and approaches.
REQUIRED SKILLS
·Three years’ experience in digital marketing.
·Agency, freelance, or in-house B2B experience.
·Advanced knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
·Experience in designing, setting up, and optimizing Google AdWords/PPC campaigns.
·Strong analytical skills.
·Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
·Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
·Highly creative thinker and content creator.
·Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects.
