Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following roles at our Satara plant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development for Print Media
2. Market Research
3. Offline Campaign Planning & Execution
4. Collaboration with Online Marketing Teams
5. Content Creation & Curation
6. Customer Journey Mapping & Engagement
7. Customer Interaction & Feedback Management
8. Competitor Analysis
+. Offline Media Trends & Technology
10. Leadership & Team Management: -
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in print media marketing and some experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Creative thinking with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting for offline campaigns.
Experience:
Required 10 to 12 Years experience in Digital Marketing (Packaging Industry)
