Fashion Consultant Work From Home Internship

About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sales & Customer Interaction:

a. Providing personalized styling advice to customers, resolving fit issues, and addressing grievances via calls or messages

b. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve product development and overall performance

c. Assisting with daily operations of the online store, including inventory and stock management

2. Research, Development & Prototyping:

a. Conducting in-depth research on minimal and quiet luxury fashion trends, analyzing what resonates with target customers, and forecasting future styles

b. Creating prototypes of new products, focusing on fabric selection, fit, color, and overall design in alignment with brand aesthetics

c. Developing Tech Packs for new products, including detailed specifications for fabrics, trims, sizing, construction, and finishes for production

d. Participating in color analysis to ensure product hues meet customer expectations and market trends

e. Assisting with visual merchandising and product presentation, ensuring consistency with the brand's minimalistic approach

3. Operations & Analytics:

a. Helping manage inventory levels, supporting stock planning and auditing processes to ensure efficiency

b. Using data-driven insights to optimize performance, sales trends, and overall store management

c. Working closely with the admin team to ensure smooth operations and contributing to operational improvements in the online store's performance
