Websiteboy is seeking a talented Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Creation and Management:
Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant social media platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad effectiveness.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Track and report on budget spend and performance.
Reporting and Insights:
Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram), and other social media advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Familiarity with A/B testing, audience targeting, and ad optimization strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
