A U.S.-based startup providing complete web, mobile, and desktop solutions that deliver exceptional shopping experiences to customers worldwide, is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the company’s applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React and React Native
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities
• Ensure robust and scalable application performance on both web and mobile platforms
• Integrate with backend services to create a seamless end-to-end user experience
• Implement responsive UIs that cater to a wide range of devices and screen sizes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices to continuously improve application quality and user experience
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize application performance and user engagement
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and resolve issues

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Proficient in React and React Native with a solid understanding of their core principles
• Extensive experience in developing both web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Nice to have some prior experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly with Stripe and its ecosystem
• Solid experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making is preferred
• Prior exposure to app store submission processes, flows with subscriptions, and payment integrations is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in conversational and written English communication
