Role

This hybrid/remote role offers lucrative equity share, based on lumpsum upfront investment and accrued yearly profit generated from profitable contracts duly secured by the Co-Founder. The minimum combined contribution needs to be more than Rs. Fifty lakhs over the first six months.

IDEAL PROFILE

· An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation

· Proven and demonstrable experience in a leadership role securing bulk business from Civil Engineering Construction/ Real estate vertical, preferably as a co-founder or in a professional capacity

· Strong business acumen and strategic mindset

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

· Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
