Graduate Marketing Trainee Position | Full-Time Role | Immediate Start

Our client is searching for a passionate individual to join their dynamic team as a Marketing Trainee. This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience in various marketing functions.

Our client is a specialist in their industry, engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions, events, trade shows, and business-to-business campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns for both corporate and residential clients, contributing to content creation for features, case studies, press releases, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to support multiple accounts, under the guidance of an Account Director, and actively participate in project strategy meetings.
• Keep a sharp lookout for emerging trends and potential opportunities, both internally and externally, to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and maintain communication with team members to meet project objectives effectively.
• Engage with clients on strategic levels, demonstrating a keen understanding of their businesses and the marketing landscape.
• Attend client meetings and events as needed, assisting in building and maintaining client relationships.

Skills/ Experience:
• Demonstrated interest in marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and engage in negotiations.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital marketing practices.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Team player mentality with the ability to work independently when necessary.
