Paralegal - Private Family Department | New Role!

The Role
The firm now have an opportunity for a Paralegal to join the growing Family team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for family law, looking to progress their career at the Paralegal level. The successful candidate will undertake an interesting mix of work covering all areas of private family law and will report to the senior fee earners within the family team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must possess a "can do" flexible approach to work, demonstrate the ability to drive continuous improvement on their own initiative, and be a confident decision-maker capable of communicating at all levels. Highly motivated individuals with a positive and proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Essential Requirements
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisation skills.
• Honesty and integrity.
• A passion for excellence and the ability to inspire others.
• Strong determination and tenacity when facing challenging situations.
• Self-starter, capable of operating beyond day-to-day direction.
• Ability to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Previous administration/fee-earning experience in family law.
• Fully computer literate, particularly in Legal Case Management systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desirable Requirements
• Law Degree.
• Previous administration/fee-earning experience in family law.
Remuneration Package
