Fantastic opportunity to join this top tier firm in Bournemouth into their Commercial Litigation team as a Recoveries Solicitor in the Recoveries team. This recoveries team are one of the leading recovery teams in the UK.

Quite a rare role in the market, this excellent firm are looking for a litigation solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE in a litigation team, ideally within recoveries. You will be advising a wide range of lenders and commercial entities in relation to assets and debt, working with regulated and unregulated lending. This solicitor will be managing their own caseload from pre litigation through to trial and enforcement.

You will be joining part of a huge litigation team and working closely with the main partners within the team. This is a huge opportunity to learn and progress with one a leading litigation firm for an enviable client base.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior solicitor who is looking to work on a busy caseload of work for commercial clients and learn from experts in the field.
