Job Overview:

A video editor is tasked with taking a raw footage shot by a film crew and director and turning it into the final product. This means following an outline, script or shot list and assembling the footage into one cohesive video or film. Often in video and film work, there are many camera angles and takes recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofreading articles to ensure no avoidable errors, grammatical or otherwise, remaining and checking plagiarism in the articles before they are published.
• Work on MS Word documents-formatting, editing and proofreading the edited documents for any corrections.
• Upload the content and it’s metadata on our website(we will let you know how to do it).
• Copy editing of content for example short stories, poems, interesting facts and puzzles.
• Interacting with clients to identify their content requirements.
• Handle any other editorial work as instructed.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field(preferably BA/MA in English).
• Should have good grasp of fundamentals of English language.
• Should be quick with fact checking and enhancing the editorial quality of content.
• Should have a keen eye for enticing titles and subheadings.
• Comfortable working in small teams.
