We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join a dynamic and growing business in Isleworth. As our outsourced recruitment partner, we are managing the recruitment for a Senior Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead accounting duties including period end, reconciliations, close activities, analysis, audit queries, and reporting
• Manage a small team, ensuring accuracy of work and adherence to deadlines
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate cross-functionally as required
• Support team members and invest in their development and growth
• Provide excellent customer service to key stakeholders and contribute to wider organizational goals

Skills and Experience:
• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Active member of an accredited body/li>
• Management experience of small teams
• A focus on process improvement with demonstrable gains
