What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as needed
• Escalate complex interactions when appropriate
• Track and document all call-related information for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on call issues and upsell products or services when required

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Proficient in navigating Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
