Roles & Responsibility
• Develop high-quality Flutter-based mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and ship new features
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance
• Debug and resolve issues identified through testing or user feedback
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve development efficiency and application quality
• Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on development progress

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Flutter SDK and related tools
• Familiarity with native mobile development tools such as Android Studio and Xcode
• Experience with Git for version control
• Understanding of modern mobile app development practices and architecture patterns
• Knowledge of software development principles and best practices

Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
