US Income Tax Preparer

The Wozny Tax Company is an income tax, small-business transaction accounting firm. We are a team of tax, accounting professionals that provide our clients with assistance in wealth creation and preservation strategies.

The position includes the following responsibilities:
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Ability to work in an efficient manner
• Self-starter and proactive in approach
• An appreciation of the difference between data entry and US tax return preparation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Chartered Accountant preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type:
• Flexible Full-time, Part-Time, or Seasonal that could become a full-time position for the right candidates

Compensation:
• $15.00 - $30.00 - depending on experience (Salary if kept on full time)

Experience:
• U.S. Income Tax return preparation: 10-15 years
• U.S. Income Tax return review: 10-15 years. Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
• Microsoft Word & Excel: 5-10 years
• Knowledge of ULTRATAX and QuickBooks is a plus
