We are looking for an accommodating and helpful individual who will work as part of a team to support our busy kitchen. The ideal candidate must have previous food service experience and a familiarity with basic kitchen equipment. Candidates should be willing to work with a diverse customer base and possess the ability to keep a positive attitude and work quickly when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 80 per week

Job description
We are a busy locally owned and operated automotive machine and engine rebuilding shop located in Langford, B.C. We are looking for a Machinist Apprentice or Shop Helper to join our team.

Applicant Requirements:

· Positive attitude

· Hardworking

· Adaptable in a fast-paced environment

· Motivated

· Understands the importance of contributing to a team

· Fast learner

· Valid driver’s licence (must provide a current driver’s abstract)

· Must know how to drive a standard transmission vehicle

Duties will include but are not limited to:

· Shop clean up

· Delivery to clients

· Flywheel grinding and resurfacing (we are willing to teach)

We offer competitive wages, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
