Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive - Private Label Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of garmenting and leather goods, with strong communication and computer skills. As a Junior Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Private Label Sales team by assisting in various processes, including production follow-up, cost analysis, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• ERP Management:
• Generate Purchase Invoices (PI) and Bills of Materials (BoM).
• Handle invoicing and packing lists.
• Update stock levels within the ERP system.
• Receive training on specific ERP functionalities as required.
• Computer Skills:
• Utilize Outlook for effective communication.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Understand and manage online drives for document storage and sharing.
• Product Knowledge:
• Acquire a basic understanding of garmenting and leather gloves/goods.
• Assist in cost analysis by leveraging product knowledge.
• Communication:
• Maintain effective correspondence with buyers, factories, and logistics teams.
• Possess strong language skills, especially in English, for clear and professional communication.
• Export Knowledge:
• Gain a basic understanding of the export business.
• Assist in handling export documentation and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of garmenting and leather goods is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with export procedures and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 per year
