Job Summary:
The Lead Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions while providing expert technical guidance to clients. This role leads development teams on complex projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet client requirements. With 5-10 years of experience, the consultant is proficient in system analysis, solution design, coding, and testing, especially with Zilliant CPQ.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of Zilliant CPQ applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Groovy and generate reports using Jaspersoft.
• Collaborate with project managers and business owners to meet project goals.
• Provide leadership and support in system testing, training, and data conversion.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years in technical consulting or related roles.
• Experience with Zilliant CPQ (or willingness to undergo training).
• Proficiency in Groovy, Jaspersoft, and version control (Git).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:
Experience implementing or administering Zilliant CPQ on medium to large projects.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Job description
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Cold call into companies and identify who the key manager to sell our service to is, specific to the Information Technology Industry

Build rapport with the manager and see if there is a need today or in the future

Maintain a database of quality hiring managers, and have the ability to follow up on a regular basis

Gather leads that will help build a database of clients either through social media or networking

The ability to think outside the box in order to get new clients or close deals

Negotiate bill rates with clients

IT Staffing experience is a must (Preferably in the US Market)

REQUIREMENTS/PLUS:

A college degree is a must

Ability to multi-task and stay organized
