Job description
Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of interior design projects, from initial client contact to project completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the interior design process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and preferences to ensure project satisfaction.

Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Project Management:

Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.

Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Procurement:

Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, pricing, and ordering.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and meeting minutes.

Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Site Visits:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues.

Ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.

Change Management:

Manage project changes and modifications effectively.

Communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.

Update project documentation accordingly.
