Job description
We are looking for a Marketing CRM & Automation Specialist to explore and implement solutions and technology offerings that align with our company growth goals and Digital Adoption Plan. This role involves the migration, setup, and rollout of marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Explore and recommend CRM and automation solutions.
• Align platform solutions with company growth goals and Digital Adoption Plan.
• Manage the migration, setup, and rollout of marketing platforms.
• Optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with CRM and marketing automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:
This is a short-term contract employment position to support the implementation of a digital adoption plan for the organization. It may be part-time or full-time for the duration of the engagement. A renewal or permanent employment agreement may be extended to those demonstrating exceptional skills and a long-term fit with the organization. This is entirely at the discretion of the company.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
