Qualifications
Successful Senior Accountant will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5+ years accounting experience, either in construction or public accounting auditing construction clients, strong systems skills, and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
The Senior Accountant will report to the Controller
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
Support the Financial Controller
Key player in month-end, quarterly and year-end close
Bank Recs, Audit Prep, Cash Update, Fixed Assets, Inventory, WIP Construction entry, Sales Tax exposure
Refine and maintain internal controls, system processes, company policies and accounting procedures
Process Weekly Payroll and accounts payable checks
Collaborate with IT departments
Contribute to team projects

Robert Half is looking for a Senior Accountant for a client in the western suburbs. The Senior Accountant will report to the Controller. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
