Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing and Recruitment Apprentice on a part-time basis to support our marketing, learner recruitment, administrative tasks, and employer engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Support the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Learner Recruitment:
• Assist in the recruitment process of new learners for various training programs.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective learners via email, phone, and social media.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events such as open days, career fairs, and workshops.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with prospective learner information.
• Conduct initial learner assessments and interviews.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and training sessions.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Employer Engagement:
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Coordinate and participate in employer engagement activities.
• Gather feedback from employers to improve training programs and services.
• Support employer marketing efforts to promote apprenticeship programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, recruitment, and education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
