Are you a seasoned telesales professional looking for a dynamic remote opportunity? We’re hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in outbound and inbound telesales calls to generate leads and drive sales.
Effectively communicate product benefits and close sales through persuasive conversations.
Utilize technology tools, including Desktop WhatsApp, CRM software, and other relevant applications, to manage sales activities and track performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and admin, to optimize sales strategies.
Create basic digital content as needed for sales activities. (Experience with Canva or video editing is a plus!)
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Strong command of both English and Tamil.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in BPO Telesales (not customer support).
Familiarity with basic digital marketing, HR, admin, or accounting tasks is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using software applications like CRM tools, iPhone apps, and Desktop WhatsApp.
Experience with Canva design or video editing is an added advantage.
Equipment & Setup:
Own a personal laptop.
High-speed internet connection with minimum 500mbps download and upload speed.
A quiet, distraction-free environment to ensure high-quality communication.
Education: Graduate candidates only (No Undergraduates will be considered).
