We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join the team based at Chullora. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organization while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Your day will involve:

Month-end accounting including journals and reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly management reports and analysis of variances against budgets and forecasts
Preparation of Cashflow forecast
Supervision of DMG transactional team by establishing and monitoring work schedules
Ensure all transactional processes comply with accounting standards and Boral Accounting Policies
Identify and report on AP, AR and Payroll related issues in a timely fashion for process improvement
Identify and report process gaps and participate in continuous improvement opportunities.
What we are looking for:

Professional accounting qualification CPA/CA
Superior Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant standards
Experience in understanding complex financial reports
Detailed understanding of Financial Systems
Strong people skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
