What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Guide the workflow of remote capture work from branches
• Cross-train, lead, and develop a team of associates to enhance productivity
• Assign POD runs to Remote Capture Clerks for processing and balancing
• Key and balance POD runs on the remote capture system
• Monitor daily processing progress and ensure accuracy in work completion

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School education
• Remote Capture balancing experience
• POD balancing experience
• Advanced knowledge of the Remote Capture system
• Good communication skills (via phone and in person)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Excellent time management skills necessary for processing workflow
• Problem-solving experience in a production environment
• Advanced knowledge of teller documents and proof functions
• Excellent 10-key skills (testing required)
