Qualifications
Bilingual Japanese and English language skills, spoken and written
Has a growth mindset
Build treasury management products knowledge and keep up with industry trends/
Understanding of capital solutions, treasury management, advisory services, and credit
Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time)
Success in achieving new business and annuity sales targets
Hands-on and positive can-do work attitude towards and internal process complexity

Ability to work with staff of all levels; strong stakeholder management skills
