About the role

Windsor Learning Partnership (WLP) seek an Executive Headteacher to join its Executive Leadership Team. The new Executive Head will focus on curriculum development, stakeholder management, and organisational growth. The role presents an opportunity to develop the Trust’s secondary provision and drive its size and outcomes for learners in Windsor. The appointed candidate will work within the newly established central leadership structure.

You will guide the development of our teaching and learning frameworks, strengthen our cross-organisational culture, and drive continual educational improvement across all schools.

Who we are looking for

You should come with a commitment to inclusive education, ensuring all pupils, including those with SEND, have access to a broad and balanced curriculum.

We seek someone with the ability to develop and review strategic plans, with a strong focus on school improvement, particularly in Key Stage 5, to increase attainment.

You will be a committed, professional and relentless leader, with stellar relationship building skills and the highest of level integrity and confidentiality.

You will inspire others and have an unwavering dedication to ensuring our values and ethos continue to run through everything we do — whilst promoting our provision as the school of choice in the Winsor community.
