We currently operate 30 stores nationally with two already opened and another 5 on target for the remainder of the year. Our operations also include warehousing, engineering (R&D), customer care centre and commercial sales along with our corporate support functions.

We currently have the following immediate vacancies within our Coffs Harbour store:

Sales Representative (2x Casual)

As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to build a customer centric environment whilst drive sales to achieve both individual and store set targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively greeting customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions to close sales and satisfy customer needs.

• Assist with store housekeeping by undertaking stock replenishment activities.

• Support the processing of sales through the POS system.

• Undertake a variety of operational activities.

To be successful you’ll:

• Have proven success in exceeding set retail sales KPI’s and targets.

• Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with high energy sales focus

• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric.

• Proven experience within a high performing sales environment.

• Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc

• Knowledge on 12v systems, highly regarded
