Broker Assistant

Westlawn is a leading financial services company providing finance, insurance broking, financial planning and accounting services. Headquartered in Grafton NSW, Westlawn has offices between Coffs Harbour and Murwillumbah.

Westlawn Insurance Brokers is seeking the services of an Insurance Admin officer, to be based in our Coffs Harbour office.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a primary focus on providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Process and manage policy documentation

• Provide general administration support

• Handle telephone and face to face enquiries

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent computer and typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet and email applications

• Completed year 12 education or have some tertiary qualifications

• Well-presented with sound communication skills and a proactive attitude toward customer service

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a progressive team

• Keen attention to details and a commitment to accuracy

• Experience in financial services or real estate experience would be an advantage.

• Willingness to undertake further studies to obtain Tier 2 and/or Diploma qualifications
